Nope. For a couple of reasons. For the uninitiated, COP 28 is the 2023 United Nations Climate Change Conference or Conference of the Parties of the UNFCCC, taking place Nov 30, 2023 – Tue, Dec 12, in Dubai, The United Emirates.
I cannot submit to the United Nations (U.N.) theory of Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) as its arbitrage, not the least because sustainability does not exist anywhere in the universe. The U.N. should not promulgate a theory incompatible with nature to deal with climate change.
I watched the promise of COP26 unfold, from which it became apparent the commitments discussed between countries remained unmet. To no surprise, climate change cannot be solved. Our climate is subject to nature’s irreversible entropy, the decline of available energy, and can only be mitigated with human adaptability rather than solved. Without the latter focus, the debates are moot.
Also, I do not attend conferences unless I am asked to keynote. Read my fundamentals on how I see the world and humanity’s role differently.
